Ideally you will have a diploma in Business Administration and Human Resources and have at least five years experience as a HR Manager in a manufacturing environment. You have knowledge of both US and Canadian law and excel in communications, organization, building teams and change leadership.

Design Engineer - Kingston, ON
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing and modeling vessel systems and their integration, as well as working on complete vessel designs.
Your experience in CAD 3D modeling combined with your post secondary education in electrical, mechanical and related experience will help you succeed in this role, but above all else, it will be your love of boats and how they operate that will help you succeed in this position.

Junior Designer
The Junior Designer will carry out research, provide calculations, drawings and data to support the Design and Engineering Department in their goal of producing high quality drawings and data used for Production, Sales and Marketing.
Primary requirements are a hard work ethic, desire to learn, good attention to detail and a passion for boats. In addition, a diploma in a related field, some Computer Aided Design experience and knowledge of boats are an asset.

CAD Designer
The CAD Designer shall be responsible for developing 3D models, arrangement and systems drawings and support documentation as required. Working closely with all departments as well as external partners, you will create the necessary drawings, calculations and documentation for layout and installation of mechanical systems.
The ideal candidate will have a related diploma along with at least 2 years of experience in 2D and 3D Computer Aided Design in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of the marine industry and boat building practices is a definite asset.
