2009 Summer Agreement Form

Year Round: Includes launch, summer dockage, haul-out, winter storage, and pump-outs. Blocking maybe extra depending on needs
- Up to 35ft.: $73/ft.
- 35ft. to 49ft.: $75/ft
- 49ft. and up: as per quote
- Utilities and water: $220 for summer season.

Summer Slip: $46/ft. 
Utilities and water: $220 summer season

Blocking
- Up to 30ft.: $80
- 30ft. to 40ft.: $110
- 40ft. and up: $5.00 per foot.

Haul or launch (each way)
- Up to 35ft.: $10/ft.
- 36ft. to 49ft.: $11/ft
- Commercial craft and 50ft. and up: as per quote
- Emergency & Unknown vessel: $20/ft

SPECIAL MOVES ON LAND ARE SUBJECT TO LABOUR FEES OF $65/hr.

Mast Stepping:
- $125 Prepared
- $175 Unprepared

Pressure Wash
- $50 minimum and $50/hr. thereafter.

Transient Rates
- Daily: $1.40/ft ($1.20/ft no hydro and water)
- Weekly: $5.25/ft ($4.85/ft no hydro and water)
- Monthly: $16.00/ft ($15.00/ft no hydro and water)

Transient Parking
- $35 per week ($50 with trailer) per week

Ramp Fee: $10

Contractor fees of $5/man hr. apply to all marina clients.
