Rates 2012

Year Round: Includes launch, summer dockage, haul-out, winter storage, and pump-outs. Blocking maybe extra depending on needs
- Up to 35ft.: $80/ft.
- 35ft. to 49ft.: $82/ft
- 50ft. and up: as per quote

Summer Dockage: $52/ft.
Utilities and water: $250 summer season

Blocking and on-land daily storage
- Daily on land storage: $40/day
- Jack Stand Rental: $20/day or $100/week or $350/season

Haul or launch (each way)
- Up to 35ft.: $11/ft.
- 36ft. to 49ft.: $12/ft
- Emergency & Unknown vessel: $20/ft

- Commercial craft and 50ft. and up: as per quote

SPECIAL MOVES ON LAND ARE SUBJECT TO LABOUR FEES OF $80/hr, 1 hr. minimum.

Mast Stepping:
- $130 Prepared, $195 Unprepared

Pressure Wash
- Under 30 ft: $50, Over 30 ft: $80

Transient Rates
- Daily: $1.80/ft ($1.50/ft no hydro and water)
- Weekly: $6.75/ft ($5.75/ft no hydro and water)

Transient Parking
- Per Day: $10.00, Per Week: $50.00
- with trailer per day: $15.00
- with trailer per week: $75.00

Ramp Fee: $10 (each way)

Contractor fees of $5/man hr. apply to all marina clients.
